Before founding GRÁ NUR, Sanya spent over a decade as a management consultant, leading complex programmes, guiding cross‑functional teams, and delivering high‑stakes projects with clarity and precision. That experience means she doesn’t just design weddings beautifully, she executes them with structure, calm direction, and an organisational approach that gives couples complete confidence.
On the wedding day, Sanya is quietly making sure everything comes together exactly as it should. She keeps the design cohesive, the timeline on track, and the guest experience feeling effortless, so couples can simply be present and enjoy every moment.

While Sanya brings the creative vision, Michael makes sure the numbers, timelines and practical details behave themselves.
With 13 years’ experience as a technology consultant and project manager, he is used to managing complex budgets, coordinating multiple suppliers and keeping projects moving when there are a lot of competing priorities. He brings that same organised, analytical approach to weddings: helping couples build a realistic budget, track spending, manage payment schedules and keep on top of contracts, quotes and supplier logistics.
Michael is the person who will notice that three invoices do not match the agreed prices, that the transport timings leave a suspicious 40-minute gap, or that the contingency fund has quietly been spent on upgraded napkins.
He loves a good spreadsheet, asks the awkward questions before they become expensive problems and keeps everything clear without making the process feel corporate. His role is to give couples confidence that the practical side of their wedding is under control, leaving them free to enjoy the exciting parts - and leaving Sanya free to make everything look incredible.
